How do I check the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24 hours of that email, you will receive a follow up email with tracking information. You will be able to track your shipment daily until delivery. Note: items may ship separately!
When will I receive my items?
Orders processed by 12:00pm PST will ship out same-day from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. If you need your items quickly, you can choose an expedited shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that shipping rates may vary by location and are constantly changing, so listed shipping rates should be taken as estimates. Also, if the item is marked "Backordered" in the description, please allow an extra 1-2 weeks to receive that item. Other items in the order may arrive earlier in a separate shipment.
Can I return or exchange items?
Unworn items can be exchanged for another size within 30 days of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the exchange process.
